Description
Cruisin’ The Coast returns to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from October 4–11, 2026, celebrating its historic 30th Anniversary. Known as “America’s Largest Block Party”, this massive event draws over 10,000 antique, classic, and hot rod vehicles built in 1989 or older. Drivers showcase their cars along a beautiful 30-mile stretch of beachside highway, turning the entire coastline into a week-long festival of automotive nostalgia, food, and music.
Key Locations & Venues
The event does not have one central location. Instead, vehicles cruise up and down scenic Highway 90, with official “show and shine” mini-festivals set up in cities across the coast:
- Gulfport (Cruise Central): Based at Jones Park, this serves as the primary hub for registration and central activities.
- Host Cities: Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Long Beach, Biloxi, D’Iberville, Ocean Springs, and Pascagoula.
- Special Hubs: The Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi hosts the auto auction and swap meet.

- Spectator Access: Attending the cruise-ins and checking out the cars along the coast is completely free for spectators.
- Vicari Auto Auction & Swap Meet: Watch classic cars go under the hammer or hunt for rare vintage parts at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
- Live Entertainment: Venues feature stages with live bands spinning oldies, beach tunes, and tribute acts throughout the week.
- Drag Racing & Street Parties: Includes events like the Gulf Coast Nationals at the Gulfport Dragway and the popular Ocean Springs Sock Hop.
